• unless otherwise designated, we ship orders by UPS ground. orders must provide street address for delivery; No P.O. boxes

• orders for stock items are processed and shipped within 48-72 hours from receipt of order

• shipping: Monday through Thursday-8:30AM to 4:30PM Friday-8:30AM to 12:00PM. orders received Friday after 12:00 noon will be scheduled for shipment the following monday

• orders for imprinted beechies® gum and richardson® mints products require 15 working days production time after receipt of approved camera ready art work. peak season or large orders may require additional time, so allow adequate transit time

• orders for beechies® whole-box gum imprints requires 12-14 weeks lead time after receipt of approved camera ready art work, so allow adequate transit time
