We use the flexographic process to imprint. This process imposes certain limitations of reprodetails, halftones, gradation, and tight registration of multi-color images.
Custom imprinting:

First order: $65 per color, ONE TIME PLATE FEE

Repeat orders: $8 set up charge per color fir each order

Additional Color Fees: $40 for additonal colors (more than one) for each run

These charges will apply to each addtional color per prder per run. This applies to the initial order and repeat orders.
Artwork requirements:

All images must be actual size and camera-ready vectored art (EPS-PDF-AI)

Minimum 7 point font and 1 point stroke

Maximum 4 lines of text

Hand tooled artwork or artwork in JPG, GIF, PNG, or TIF is not acceptable
Artwork Labor Fees:

Typesetting - add $7.50 per line. Four lines maximum.

Reduction/Enlargement - add $10.00

Color separation - add $20.00

Manipulation - $75/HR. Any additional time needed to change, cut, paste or correct artwork. Please call for quatation.

All proofs requiring imprint plates will incur the plate charges even when orders are cancelled after the proof has been viewed and prior to production of final products.

FREE digital proofs when artwork is completed in-house.

Digital or Faxed paper proofs: $10.00 plus any plate charges

Pre-production proofs: $62.50 plus any plate charges - fee includes overnight shipment of samples

Once written approval of a proof has been received by Richardson Brands Company, any changes or cancellations to the proof are subject to the above cancellation or change fees.
